One of these ended up being misdelivered, and I haven't heard back from the other two (one opened a case, but eBay quickly closed it). Of my first 40-45 orders that are outside that 7+ day delivery window, I've had 8 not receive delivery scans and had 3 customers complain that they did not receive - despite having the "Delivered" final update. The problem lies in getting the "Delivered" confirmation. Most take 5-7 days on average to be delivered.

Once it hits the first processing facility it gets an "Origin Processing Update." Then normally you'll get a "Destination Processing" once the envelope reaches the area in which your customer resides. You can't get the "Accepted" first tracking notification like you do on normal First Class Packages or Priority Mail. When they try to scan it in the Post Office from the front, it comes up with nothing because it's a tracking number unique to eBay.
